What each tier covers.
Solo agents, single-truck operators, DTC e-commerce at $50K–$200K/month. One bilingual operator, 20 hours per week, working from our office on company-issued equipment. Inbound coverage during your business hours, calendar hygiene, CRM updates, after-hours Spanish overflow. Two-thirds the cost of a part-time US admin. Most teams move up to Operator within 90 days.
Hispanic-owned real estate teams, property management firms with 50–500 doors, independent insurance agencies, home services, mortgage brokers. One dedicated bilingual operator, full-time, in our office on company equipment. Full front-line workflow on your CRM and phone system. Embedded team lead handling daily supervision, not an account manager who pings monthly. Five-business-day replacement from a warm bench, no buyout fees. Where most teams start and stay.
Two dedicated bilingual operators working your account in coordination, with a stepped-up SHARED supervisor (same person as Operator-tier supervisor, just more allocated hours to your account — weekly client call, bi-weekly call-quality calibration, a formal written workflow audit every month). Pre-engagement scoping workshop with your ops lead before Day 1 of onboarding. Greater than 90% continuity guarantee during replacement cycles (your second operator absorbs the load while the warm bench spins up). Six-month minimum — the scope earns the commitment. Best for businesses that hit Operator's 40-hour ceiling but don't yet need extended-hours coverage or a fully dedicated ops manager.
For configurations beyond Team. Five or more operators, extended-hours coverage (split-shift 12-hour windows, after-hours Spanish on-call, weekend rotations), a dedicated ops-manager supervisor (~25–35 hrs/week focused on your account), bespoke SLAs, or custom workflow design built before live work. Volume pricing scoped to operator count. Net-30 invoicing available. Six-month minimum. Quoted on the fit call.
Pay for the operator who picks up. Not for placement fees, replacement cycles, or hidden minimums.
From the pricing philosophy
Applied to every tier. No fine print.
7-day onboarding
Days 1–3 client-led platform setup. Days 4–6 shadowing. Day 7 first live calls. By end of Week 2 the operator runs your workflow autonomously.
Unlimited replacements
No additional fees, no penalty clauses, no recruiter cycle. If the fit is wrong, we replace from the warm bench at no charge.
5-business-day SLA
From the moment a replacement is requested to a bench-trained operator on your account. Workflow SOPs make the handoff seamless.
7-day money-back
Starter and Operator tiers. Full refund if the first week of live work doesn’t fit. Custom carries a 6-month minimum, scoped on the fit call.
No annual contract
Month-to-month after Month 1 on Starter and Operator. Cancel with 14-day notice from Day 31 onward.
No buyout fees, ever
Hire any operator directly with zero recruiter fees. The bench is ours; the operator’s career path isn’t locked to us.
3-operator warm bench
Trained, paid, ready. Bench operators run shadow shifts on live accounts so they’re never starting from cold when activated.
Embedded supervisor
Daily check-ins, weekly call-quality review, monthly workflow audit. Quality from Day 1, not after issues surface.
Controlled access
Per-operator credentials, provisioned at onboarding, revoked the day they roll off. No shared passwords, no personal devices.
The operational mechanics behind these terms — operator, supervisor, bench, agency, plus the canonical 7-day onboarding flow — are detailed on the 4-layer ops stack page. Why we hold every term the way we do — the founder-led argument — is laid out on the founder-led model page.
Three tiers. One operator per tier on Starter and Operator. Two or more on Custom. Everything else — supervisor, warm bench, replacement SLA, weekly cadence reviews — included.
We work on the systems Hispanic-owned SMBs actually use.
Your team teaches the operator your specific platform during onboarding. Our operator brings bilingual phone skills, general CRM literacy, and the managed-office infrastructure. We document your workflow so a replacement is never starting from cold.
