02What's included

What each tier covers.

Starter$897/mo20 hrs/wk part-time

Solo agents, single-truck operators, DTC e-commerce at $50K–$200K/month. One bilingual operator, 20 hours per week, working from our office on company-issued equipment. Inbound coverage during your business hours, calendar hygiene, CRM updates, after-hours Spanish overflow. Two-thirds the cost of a part-time US admin. Most teams move up to Operator within 90 days.

Operator$1,497/mo40 hrs/wk full-timeFlagship

Hispanic-owned real estate teams, property management firms with 50–500 doors, independent insurance agencies, home services, mortgage brokers. One dedicated bilingual operator, full-time, in our office on company equipment. Full front-line workflow on your CRM and phone system. Embedded team lead handling daily supervision, not an account manager who pings monthly. Five-business-day replacement from a warm bench, no buyout fees. Where most teams start and stay.

Team$3,497/mo2 operators · shared supervisor · 6-month minimum

Two dedicated bilingual operators working your account in coordination, with a stepped-up SHARED supervisor (same person as Operator-tier supervisor, just more allocated hours to your account — weekly client call, bi-weekly call-quality calibration, a formal written workflow audit every month). Pre-engagement scoping workshop with your ops lead before Day 1 of onboarding. Greater than 90% continuity guarantee during replacement cycles (your second operator absorbs the load while the warm bench spins up). Six-month minimum — the scope earns the commitment. Best for businesses that hit Operator's 40-hour ceiling but don't yet need extended-hours coverage or a fully dedicated ops manager.

CustomQuote5+ operators · dedicated supervisor · 6-month minimum

For configurations beyond Team. Five or more operators, extended-hours coverage (split-shift 12-hour windows, after-hours Spanish on-call, weekend rotations), a dedicated ops-manager supervisor (~25–35 hrs/week focused on your account), bespoke SLAs, or custom workflow design built before live work. Volume pricing scoped to operator count. Net-30 invoicing available. Six-month minimum. Quoted on the fit call.

05Questions

Questions on pricing.

01Why no annual contract?
Starter and Operator bill monthly with no minimum term. Cancel anytime after Month 1. We'd rather earn your renewal each month than lock you into a contract. Team and Custom carry a 6-month minimum — the procurement reality at multi-operator scope usually requires one. Even at the 6-month tiers there's no buyout fee and no annual lock; you just commit through the half-year cycle.
02What happens if my operator doesn't work out?
We replace within 5 business days at no extra cost, no buyout fee, no contract penalty. We keep a 3-operator warm bench so a replacement is never starting from cold. Custom accounts get faster replacement priority scoped per agreement.
03Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Up is automatic and prorated. Upgrade Starter to Operator mid-month and your next invoice reflects the change. Adding a second operator moves you to Team ($3,497, 6-month commitment from the upgrade date). Five or more operators move to Custom via a quote — the 3-4 operator range gets scoped on the fit call (typically an extension of Team, occasionally an early Custom depending on hours and supervisor scope). Downgrades from Operator or Team are end-of-cycle — tell us by day 25 of your billing month (or by month 6 on Team) and the following cycle bills at the lower tier. No penalty either direction.
04What does "office-based" actually mean for security?
Our operators work from a managed office, not from home. Every operator works on company-issued machines we configure and maintain — no BYOD, no personal devices touching your CRM or your phone system. Access to your systems is provisioned per operator and revoked the day they roll off your account. The exact opposite of a shared password in a Google Doc.
05What does the supervisor actually do?
Daily check-in with each operator at start of shift. Weekly call quality review on a randomly-sampled set of recordings. Workflow audit on your specific CRM and phone setup once a month. The supervisor is the reason this isn't a freelancer marketplace. If an operator drifts on quality or pace, the supervisor catches it before you do.
